Rachel's 6th Birthday Party

Oh! How excited was I for this day..My Skinny-Winny was turning 6yrs old! How time flys!! If your wondering this is my Bestie's daughter..Miss Rachel. We celebrated her birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, but the theme was Princess. The flavors were strawberry cupcake with buttercream frosting with a hint of almond, and vanilla cupcake with mamey frosting; colored in lavender. 

 This is Rachel (in the middle) with her two bestie's since there were babies..oh how cute to see these three still great friends!

Alicia's Celebrity Bash Blow-Out

Happy Birthday Alicia!! This was a GREAT PARTY..I made this cake for a dear friend of mine of many years. She is the best Party Planner..who happen to throw herself her own Celebrity Birthday Bash. I was Eva Mendez..haha not even close.This cake was a Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Filling.Super delicious.

 Alicia specifically ordered the cake to be Black & White with very Girly details.Which is why i incorporated the black heels and decorated them with edible pearl balls, i also made Martini glasses and added the pearls too. It was a very classy cake.

I personally made a bow out of ribbon and placed it on the top tier,Alicia herself provided the letter 'A' for her name to sit on top of the cake. It was a great success,i had so much fun doing it.

Congrats Terry!!

CONGRATS TERRY!!! I made this cake for my dear-dear-DEAR friend Terry, this was my own special way to congratulate her on passing the Florida Bar and becoming the lawyer she has always wanted to be!! Terry is the only person in my life that i know that LOVES CHOCOLATE as much as she does. So i made her a full blown chocolate cupcake cake..she absolutely LOVED IT!

'Girls Day at the Spa' cupcakes

One word: ADORABLE! I made these cupcakes for my sister-in-laws copworker who was throwing a Spa Day for a her girlfriends. The flavors she picked were StrawBerry cake with Mamey frosting and chocolate cake with Strawberry frosting..and to top it off with silver sugar crystals..very classy if i made add.

Yanelle's Beach Bash!!

O..M..G...these cupcakes were a total hit! They had everything Yanelle loves..

 I made mini cupcakes, in 3 great flavors, Hello Kitty was Vanilla cake with Mamey hot pink frosting, Umbrella Cupcake was Coconut cake with mango yellow frosting and lastly and just as deliciously Lemon Vodka cake with Lemon neon green frosting...Simply Delicious!!!

Isaac's 2nd Birthday

Awww..this was my first Mickey & Friends Cake..It was specially made for my best-friends son Isaac..It was a four-layer dominican flavor cake with pineapple filling.

 I decorated the edge of the cake with real gumballs,stuck on with buttercream frosting.

 All the decorations were made from fondant, including the big Mickey silhouette on top of the cake..except the toys.

 And this is Isaac himself!..Reaching for a gumball..Happy Birthday Isaac!!

Happy Birthday Jessica

  This Cupcake Cake was made for Miss Jessica...she picked an all chocolate cake..pink buttercream frosting. Her design was zebra print on the bottom with stars uptop and her '26' too!..This was so much fun to make...She totally loved!! Happy 26 Birthday Jessica!!!                                                                           

 Happy Birthday Ahniela!! "HELLO KITTY"..haha
I love this cake!! It was specially made for a great friend of mine (Eliana) for her beautiful daughter Ahniela, who was turning 1yr old. She chose Strawberry Cake with fresh strawberries and pineapple filling. The cake was so good i myself had to take a piece home.

 Here you can see Ahniela sitting next to her Hello Kitty cake..She was very into the Hello Kitty candle her mommy had placed next to the cake..Can't see it very well but Ahniela was even wearing her Hello Kitty dress..Great job Eliana!

'Frogs'

These cupcakes were for a Surprise Party at my sister-in-law's job. She works at a Elementary School and wanted these done for Mrs.Wendy, who happens to LOVE FROGS!.These were so much fun to make,especially the frogs. I made each of them out of Fondant along with the leaf pad they are sitting on. The cupcakes are Vanilla flavor with baby-blue marshmellow frosting. I also made some blue and pink bows and cut out some lips too for some of the girl frogs. The one in the middle you can see is wearing a crown..::sshhh that was Mrs.Wendy's Prince Charming::..She loved it! Hope you do too!!
